Paid Time Off (PTO)
We at CDI pride ourselves in providing a healthy, comfortable work environment for our associates. An important part of that is giving you the opportunity to take a mental and physical break from the demands of your job during the year. PTO can be used for any reason (personal, sick or vacation time). Annual PTO allotments range from 15 to 25 days, depending upon length of service.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The EAP provides free and confidential access to solutions for everyday challenges at work, home, as well as emotional and physical well being for you and your immediate family members (including referrals). This program is available 24 hours per day, 365 days a year.
Holidays
CDI observes six designated holidays each calendar year. In addition, you may select two additional days throughout the year to use as floating holidays.
