Associate Bonus Plan
The Associate Bonus Plan provides associates an incentive to participate in CDI's continued success. Bonuses are paid the end of the month following quarter end and are based upon budget performance of key business drivers for the appropriate market. All associates become eligible for the bonus in their first full quarter of employment.
Associate Appreciation Week
Each year we celebrate Associate Appreciation Week, a week to THANK all of our associates for the work they do each and every day to enhance the CDI Experience for our patients, referring physicians and each other.
Service Anniversary Gift
Associates are honored with a gift from the company during milestone anniversary months.
