Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
An FSA allows associates to set aside pre-tax earnings to pay for eligible medical and dependent care expenses. CDI associates can defer up to $3,000 annually for a Health Care FSA and $5,000 annually for a Dependent Care FSA.
